Who is Douzan?

Since the names of the giants of Elbaf are often associated with professional wrestlers (e.g. Brogy and Bruiser Brody, Ripley and Rhea Ripley), some people think that Douzan is derived from Riki Douzan, a famous professional wrestler in Japan.

So some people say that douzan is a giant of Elbaf.
